It is the biggest auxiliary element of the system that ensures the recovery of washing water into the system in industrial type vehicle exterior washing machines. In medium and large scale wastewater treatment systems, it collects the oil particles accumulated on the ceiling of the settling pool and ensures that the recovered water is cleaner and clearer.
It can be designed according to the area to be installed, the number of vehicles and consumption.
Design
The oil particles accumulated on the ceiling of the settling pool are transferred to the oil scraping section by pumps, and the chain starts its endless rotation with the rotation of the shaft, which is driven by the date group, and directs the accumulated oil particles to the oil and foam collection section. Technology
Chain winders are used in a rectangular settling basin. Surface particles such as sludge are removed with a sludge scraper, and heavy and particles are removed by settling to the bottom.
