It is used in medium and large-scale rectangular settling pools designed for the recycling system with an environmentally friendly design that ensures the recovery of washing water into the system in vehicle exterior washing machines. Sludge, sand etc. accumulated with water in underground tanks. It contributes to the operation of the recovered water and treatment system by separating the substances.
It can be designed according to the area to be installed, the number of vehicles and consumption.
Design
Sludge, sand and similar materials accumulating at the bottom of the settling pool are linearly scraped from the pool floor with pallet counters and directed to the mud collection pit. The oil and foam formed on the surface are directed to the oil foam collection compartments by scraper pallets. Specially designed scraper pallets are mounted between the projectiles and gears placed on both sides of the pool, and the mud, chemicals, oil and foam accumulated on the entire surface are scraped and transferred to the solid waste section.
Technology
Chain winders are used in a rectangular settling basin. Surface particles such as sludge are removed with a sludge scraper, and heavy and particles are removed by settling to the bottom. Depending on the operational needs, there are chain borders that are cleaned with a pool cap or 2 independent scrapers on the surface.
